01 Controller
Bartolome Luna, Camino Real s/n, Sinsacate, Córdoba, Argentina. Privacy contact: barto_luna@hotmail.com.
02 Data currently processed
Depending on permissions and features, AltiJump processes barometric altitude, vertical speed, motion and G‑force, precise location and GPS routes, heart rate authorized through HealthKit, jump dates and statistics, device information needed to show status, and user‑entered annotations.
03 Storage and purposes
In version 1.0 data remains on the devices. Jumps may transfer directly between Apple Watch and iPhone through WatchConnectivity. The Provider operates no servers, accounts, cloud storage, advertising, or remote analytics and does not receive records. Data measures and records jumps, displays maps and statistics, recovers interrupted records, and synchronizes devices. Location and HealthKit depend on Apple‑managed permissions that can be revoked in Settings.
04 HealthKit
Heart‑rate information is used only for health or activity features visible to the user. It is not used for advertising, sold, or shared with data brokers. AltiJump discards the workout session and does not save a workout to Health. Apple controls read authorization.
05 Retention, deletion, and security
Records remain local until the user deletes them or erases the app or device. Local backups support recovery. The Provider cannot remotely retrieve, export, or delete information it does not receive. Apple system protections are used, but no system is infallible. There is no cloud backup: device loss, damage, or erasure may cause permanent data loss.
06 Future features and consent
Cloud storage, first‑party analytics, and global or regional scores are planned but not active. Before implementation, we will disclose data, purposes, retention, providers, international transfers, participation, and rights; publish an updated policy; and request renewed acceptance and optional consent where required. Rankings should not publish precise location or identify a user without express authorization.
07 Sale, advertising, and tracking
We currently do not sell or share personal information for behavioral advertising and do not track users across apps or websites. If that changes, we will update this policy and provide legally required controls. For California residents, there is currently no sale or sharing of personal information as those terms are defined.
08 Apple services and transfers
AltiJump uses HealthKit, Core Location, MapKit, and WatchConnectivity. Apple processes certain information under its policies. Data processed only by Apple and not received by the Provider is not collected by AltiJump. There are currently no international transfers to Provider‑operated servers. Future functions must disclose providers, locations, and safeguards before activation.
09 Rights, children, and changes
You may view and delete records locally, revoke permissions, and delete the app. For privacy questions or rights applicable in Argentina, the European Union, United Kingdom, United States, or another jurisdiction: barto_luna@hotmail.com. Because the Provider does not receive current data, identifying local records may be impossible. AltiJump is only for people aged 18 or older and does not seek children's data. Material changes—especially cloud, analytics, or rankings—will change the legal version and require renewed acceptance.
